Pork Feast at the opening of the stable

After almost a year of work in building and constructing the stable, arena, round-pen, parking and main paddock, it was time to celebrate. Initially it was supposed to be a simple lunch in a relaxed atmosphere - however with the offer from a close friend, Roberto, to serve a roasted pork - it became a 24 hour cooking marathon.

Of course - it was still enjoyed in very relaxed atmosphere - almost too relaxed for some .... the food, the wine, the sun......zzz zzz zz
