I ordered the whole range of olives oils
recently. The packaging was really great, very authentic with herbs and
spices in the cute bottles. Myself, my boyfriend and another friend tried
the oils just with fresh bread and we thought they were amazing, so fresh
and flavoured! The chilli one was great and e´ve used it with pasta which
is very tasty.

The extra virgin olive oil is obviously the one from Villa Stabbia, and
the aromatic herbs, vegetables and fruits are mainly from Villa Stabbia's
own orchard all carefully treated before added to the oil.
As the infusion takes place in the bottle (as opposed to the mass
produced ones, which mainly uses the ingredients for decoration), it is
possible to refill the bottles again with some good extra virgin
olive oil and after 4-6 weeks they will be ready for usage. The strength
will of course decrease for each re-fill, however the HOT Chili for
instance can be refilled between 6 to 10 times.....

Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lemon and black pepper.
A wonderful aromatic oil, extremely versatile. Very lemony with a
slight sting of black pepper. Can be poured directly on seafood, used for
grilled chicken and is great in salads. It is wonderful on steamed
vegetables - pour it over freshly boiled green beans or oven baked potatoes.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Orange and Thyme.
A versatile aromatic oil. The orange is sweet whilst the thyme is
aromatic - can be used for meat, fish, chicken and vegetables - all will
benefit from this combination.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Porcini Mushrooms and Parsley.
A combination of traditional flavours that will give a
Mediterranean taste to all your dishes. A traditional aromatic oil,
that is wonderful on any egg dish or where a touch of Porcini is
needed. Great drizzled over bruschette or to dress rice dishes,
tagliatelle, carpacci, bresaola and special salads. Try to brush it
onto grilled steaks.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Garlic and Parsley.
An excellent aromatic oil. It is great for all vegetables,
especially asparagus, as well as flavoring pasta, potatoes, breads and other
grains. Can be enjoyed on its own by dripping some fresh bread with the oil.

mixed Peppercorn.
