Not included in the Rent
Heating in not included in the rent but calculated according to
consumption, where each house has its own meter.
Extra beds in the apartments will be charged at 10 Euro per day in Low season, 15 Euro in Mid and 25 Euro in High Season. This charge includes the bed, linen, towels
etc. Please note that only one extra bed is allowed per house and only
for children under 14 years.
Please note that we do not serve lunch, dinner, nor breakfast.
Final cleaning is included in the rent, however additional
cleaning can be arranged for 40 Euro during High season, 30 Euro in the Mid and 20 Euro in the Low season.
Pets are more than welcome, however as an extra cleaning is necessary
after their stay - we will ask for an additional fee to cover this - same price as above for an additionl cleaning.
Discounts
For stays longer than a week, we offer 5% discount for the second
week and 10% discount for the third and following weeks, unless other
discounts are offered.
Returning guests automatically receive 5% overall discount unless other
discounts are offered
General Info
Please note that we only take bookings for a minimum stay of 2 nights
In general we prefer to rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summer
months - but can be flexible.
Please try to arrive after lunch (14:00), and be prepared to depart
before 10:00 in the morning.
Prepayment
If the house is available we will reserve your accommodation
immediately.
We will then request 20% of the total amount of your stay to keep your
booking.
The rest of the payment will be done at your departure by personal
check, in cash or credit card (Master or Visa).
All booking deposits are non-refundable. Bookings cancelled a minimum of
14 days prior arrival date can utilize 50% of the deposit paid for
another booking within the same year. Deposits for bookings cancelled
within 14 days of arrival date are 100% non-refundable.
