Terms & Conditions for Stays at Villa Stabbia

Prepayment and cancellations

If the house is available we will reserve your accommodation immediately. 20% of the total amount of your stay will be requested to keep your booking. The rest of the payment will be done at your departure in cash (Euro), Bancomat or credit card (Master or Visa).

All booking deposits are non-refundable. Bookings cancelled in writing a minimum of 14 days prior arrival date can utilize 50% of the deposit paid for another booking within the same year. Deposits for bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival date are 100% non-refundable

Included in rental cost:

All Guests will find at their arrival a clean house, with clean linen, and three towels (wash-cloth, hand-towel and bath-towel) for each guest. Cleaning is performed before and after every stay. Also included are use of internal parking lot, use of games, pool, bikes or services found on the farmhouse and consumptions (water, electricity, Wireless Internet access.).

Excluded from rental cost

Heating and additional cleaning services. Any damage not due to normal wear or daily use will be debited at departure.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is between 14:30 and 22:00 unless otherwise agreed upon. Check-out is at 10:00. For clients wishing to have some extra hours after check-out time, stay may be granted provided that there are no other scheduled arrivals. Likewise, check-in before 14:30 can be granted at the discretion of the owner.
