Following the visit by the Norwegian chef and restaurant owner Dag Tjersland, he decided to import the olive oil from Villa Stabbia together with Ole Madland, for the Baltazar restaurant.
Dag Tjersland and his team at the Baltazar restaurant and Enoteca, work after the Slow-Food philosophy and import genuine products from small quality producers.
Since July 2011, the oil from Villa Stabbia is honoured to be one of those products
A different design and bottle was chosen, to go more in tune with the restaurants style.
