Saggio - the annual Horse Riding show

As the previous years - for the annual show at the riding centre, the horses had to look their best, which meant shower and lots of shampoo.
Once the horses were all done up, it was time for the riders - in the swimming pool. Not so much shampoo, but a lot of fun.
Then it was time for the younger ones to kick of the show in the round-pen followed by a small break due to the heat and general refreshments. The more experienced riders showed their skills in the large arena the whole afternoon, ranging from jumping, dressage and pony-games.
